Settings › Help centre & contact has answers to common questions, and a button to email us.
To report a person, a plan or a photo, use Report on it. The report goes straight to our moderators with the details attached.
Something unsafe?
If anyone is in danger, call 112 first. It works across the EU, from any phone.
Then report it in the app, from the person's profile or the chat, so we can act on the account.

Your account
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, type your email and tap "Forgot password?". We'll email you a link to set a new one.
How do I change the language?
Settings › Language. WeGather is in English and Spanish, and follows your phone's language until you choose.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes: Settings › Download my data, any time.
How do I delete my account?
Settings › Delete account. Your profile, photos and ratings are removed.
Plans
How do I join a plan?
Tap any plan and choose Join. Open plans confirm you straight away; others go to the host to approve.
When do I see the exact address?
Hosts can hide it until your place is confirmed. Once you're in, the full address appears on the plan.
How do I cancel a plan I'm hosting?
Open it from My Plans and choose Cancel. Everyone who joined is told automatically.
Plus
What's free, and what's Plus?
Every account can join one plan and host one in its first 14 days, with group chat for both. Plus adds unlimited joining and hosting, the live map always, advanced filters and seeing who viewed your profile.
How much is Plus?
€5.99 a week, €14.99 a month or €69.99 a year. Each one unlocks all of Plus.
How do I cancel Plus?
Plus is billed by Apple: on your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions. It stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
